1 oz. Cognac
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa
4 oz. Light Cream
n/a Chocolate Shavings

Stir together the cognac, sugar, espresso, and hot chocolate.
Reheat gental. DO NOT BOIL. Froth 4 oz. light cream until doubled
in volume. Pour the espresso mixture into 2 cognac glasses. Add
frothed milk over the Espresso. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
