1 1/2 cup Corn Meal
3 tbs. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda Water
2 1/8 cup Buttermilk
1 whole Egg
2 tbs. Butter
1 1/2 cup Cracklins
Sift cornmeal, flout, salt and baking soda together. Combine with buttermilk, egg, and butter. Stir in cracklin's. Pour into greased skillet. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
