Great at any meal; breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
6 hard boiled eggs
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
Toast
Slice the eggs, saving out one or two egg yolks. Set aside. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and cook 1 or 2 minutes. Add milk stirring constantly. Cook, stirring till thickened and smooth. Add the sliced eggs and heat through. Serve the creamed eggs on toast and crumble the reserved egg yolks on top for garnish.
