8 oz cream cheese
1 c grated coconut
1 tsp. Curry powder

Lightly roast coconut in oven until golden brown, sprinkle with curry
powder. Cut cheese into ½ inch cubes roll between the palms of your
hands to form marble size balls. Place in coconut and shake pan and roll
cheese balls around to coat each with the coconut. Refrigerate until
ready to serve
