2 tablespoon Butter
3½ ounce Beef, Dried
6 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
1 dash Pepper
3 tablespoon Milk
3 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened

In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite sized pieces. Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs with pepper, milk, & cream cheese. Pour into skillet & slowly cook until cheese is melted & eggs are thoroughly cooked.
