Take a chilled martini glass and swirl a small amount of vermouth
in it. Fill the glass with Stolichnaya Pepper Vodka from the freezer
-- it should be very cold and noticeably thickened. Garnish with a
piece of pickled garlic on a toothpick (available from your local
Thai market). Alternative garnish: Garlic Stuffed Santa Barbara
Olive. Serve immediately and stand back!
