Ingredients
4 cups
Torn spinach leaves

4 cups
Torn romaine lettuce

1 cup
Sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup
Coarsely chopped red onion

1/4 cup
Crisp-cooked, crumbled bacon*

1/2 cup
Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dressing

1 cup
Mandarin oranges, drained

*
Bacon pieces may be used


Preparation
Prep Time: 25 min.

Wash spinach and lettuce; blot dry. Combine with mushrooms, onion and bacon in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing. Top with orange segments.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
