1/2 c BUTTER OR MARGARINE 1/2 ts SALT
3 oz UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE 15 oz CAN OF EVAPORATED MILK
3 c WATER
8 servings
Melt Butter In The Top Of A Double Boiler Over Boiling Water. Add
Chocolate, Heating Until Melted. Add Sugar, 1/2 Cup At A Time, Stirring
Until Dissolved. Stir In Salt. Slowly Add Milk. Mix Well. Chill Several
Hours Before Using.
