Recipe Feeder
3 cups Sugar
1 Lemon
3 tsp. Lemon Juice
1.5 oz. Ginger Ale
1.5 oz. Yeast
Dissolve yeast in a few drops of water. Pound the ginger into a
powder; combine with a gallon of boiling water. Add the lemon
juice and rind, cream of tartar, and sugar, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add yeast when lukewarm. Close tightly and
allow to stand for several hours. Strain and seal tightly in bottles.
Store in a cool, dark place.
