Ingredients

3-4 pomfrets
1 big lemon
1 tsp salt
pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp powdered red chilli
1 tbsp coriander powder
3-4 tbsp oil

1. first clean and wash the pomfrets and pat them dry.
2. squeeze lemon in a small bowl and mix salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder in it.
3. rub the spice mix thoroughly on pomfrets and set aside for 10-15 mins.
4. heat oil in a frying pan and cook pomfrets on medium flame untill both sides are cooked.
