3 Bananas
2 ounces Granulated sugar
1/2 fluid ounce Water
1/2 ounce Whole butter
2 fluid ounces Half and half
2 fluid ounces Grand Marnier
Servings: 6
1. Peel the bananas. Cut a total of 54 thin slices, then dice the remainder.
2. Combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil and cook until it caramelizes. Add the butter and half and half and stir very carefully.
3. Add the sliced and diced bananas. Add the Grand Mariner and flambé. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Yield: 54 slices
