4 large potatoes
1/2 onion
2 pounds halibut
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Pepper, to taste
Servings: 10
1. Dice potatoes and onions and put in pan. Add water to cover potatoes. Boil until potatoes are tender. Add halibut and cook until fork goes into halibut easily, about 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Add milk and soup and simmer for 5 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
