balsamic vinaigrette
chevre cheese
apples, cut small and thin
parmesan cheese - shredded
=Smear mushroom with vinaigrette, grill until lightly cooked. Place gills up on a broiler plate, top with chevre and apple, sprinkle lightly with parmesan.
Broil till golden brown, serve with watercress dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.
