Honey cake

Ingredients:
Coconut ½
Sugar 300gms
Eggs 2
Honey 100gms
Butter 100gms
Clarified butter 100gms
Maida 1/4kg

Method:
Sieve Maida and baking powder and into a mix in the sugar, eggs and a little clarified butter and a pinch of salt. Add honey to the remaining butter and keep aside. Pour the Maida batter into a ghee-smeared baking tin. Over this, pour the honey butter mixture, dress with coconut and bake in the oven till done.
