Irene's Sour Cream Coffee Cake


1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Softasilk cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
Filling (below)

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 12 cup bundt pan. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Mix in flour, baking powder and baking soda alternately with sour cream. Pour into pan, alternating layers of batter and Filling. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.

Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed), 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
