You should just make your own trap. Get a bucket and a piece of cardboard and place in on top of the bucket. Put some bait in the center... and make a ramp up to the top of it or an incline. When the mouse tries to take the bait, he will fall into the bucket. Why kill them. Just drive it to a field far away or bring it to someone elses house! haha. You can also buy those Harvart traps wich trap them live..but they are kinda expensive. Hope this helps.
