Raspberry Mousse
Yield: 18 Tartlets
1. Bake the cake batter in individual pans or muffin cups adjusting the time according to the size of the pan selected.

2. Slice the cooled cakes in half and fill each with Raspberry Mousse.

Yield: 18 Tartlets
