Martini (extra dry) (8-to-1) #2

1/4 Oz. Dry Vermouth
2 Oz. Gin
1 Lemon Peel

Stir vermouth and gin with ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into
a cocktail glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel. (An olive may be
substituted for the twist of lemon peel, if preferred.)
