1.75 c rolled oats
2.25 c flour
4 Tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp baking soda
0.25 tsp salt

8 oz butter
0.75 c sugar - brown
0.5 c sugar

2 egg
2 Tbsp coffee liquor
1 tsp vanilla

12 oz chocolate - milk, 0.5 inch chunks
2 oz chocolate - white, grated
=Stir together dry ingredients. Blanche butter with sugars, add eggs 1x1 then liquids. On low speed gradually beat in flour mixture just until combined. Gently stir in chocolates.
Bake tablespoons of batter, 2 inches apart @ 350F ~9-12 minutes.
