Put pie crust in small pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, crimp edges
In a bowl mix well with a whisk til smooth
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. milk
put pie plate on cookie sheet
pour into pie shell, dot with 2 tab. real butter, it may sink, that's ok.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 10 min. reduce temp. to 350 bake another 30 min. or until still slightly giggley in center. it took my oven another 40 min. it will set up when cool. Can sprinkle with alittle nutmeg before baking.
