Chef Administrator Staff member Feb 14, 2008 #1 1 pint oysters 1 pint whole milk or half and half 1/4 cup butter salt and pepper to taste 1. Drain oysters and reserve liquid; set oysters aside. 2. Heat liquid from the oysters, to a boil. Remove skim off top of liquid. 3. Drop oysters in liquid until oysters curl. 4. In another pan, scald milk, then add milk to oyster mixture. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
