Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup water
2 sticks margarine
2 cups flour
2 unbeaten eggs
2 cups Big Chief sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
Servings: 14
Bring peanut butter, water and margarine to a rapid boil. Pour peanut butter/water mixture over combined dry ingredients. Mix well and add unbeaten eggs and buttermilk. Mix together and pour into a greased and floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes.


Yield: 7 cups
Baking Time: 25 minutes
