For Chocolate Pudding follow recipe except increase stevia to taste and add 1/3 cup cocoa or 2 squares
Ingredients
4 tsp stevia blend (or 3/4 tsp liquid; 1/2 tsp pure)
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2-1/4 cups milk
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix all the ingredients but the milk and vanilla in a saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla
