6 Cups Raspberries (red)
3 Cups sugar
3 Cups Vodka
Place sugar in a wide mouth class jar with a lid. Add raspberries and vodka:stir and cover. Place in a cool dark place. Each week for about 2 months,shake jar to stir contents. Strain the finished cordial through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
The color is vibrant. Great winter drink.
