Sweet ginger ale releases the fresh raspberry flavor in this brilliant red drink. Pretty and festive.
15oz package of frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
3 cups ginger ale
Serves 6
Press raspberries through sieve into small bowl or 2 cup liquid measure.
Discard seeds.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups juice.
Measure 3 tbsp. juice into each of 6 small glasses.
Add 1/2 cup ginger ale to each.
Stir gently.
