1.0 bottle Champagne
28.0 oz Club Soda
0.25 bottle Gin
28.0 oz Ginger Ale
Chill all ingredients well before mixing in a chilled punch bowl.
Add a large block or ring of ice (a tube pan is handy for freezing a
ice ring) to keep everything cold. Serve in stem glasses
(Champagne glasses are pretty for this) instead of punch cups.
