1 pound Beef, Ground
½ cup Water
1 Bouillon
1 Onion, Chopped
2 cup Vegetables, Frozen
3 cup Potatoes, Frozen
1 pinch Celery Salt
Seasoning, To Taste
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain off fat. Add water and the beef bouillon cube. Stir to combine. Add the onion, vegetables and hash brown potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoning; cover tightly and heat on low 15 minutes until vegetables are steamed. Stir. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook a few minutes until cheese melts.
