3 tbs. Sour Cream
1 lb. Smoked Salmon
oz. Red Caviar
Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream. Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with the mixture. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Served chilled. Yield; Servies 10
