Sour Cream Pie

2 each eggs
1 cup thick sour cream
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped raisins
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 each unbaked pie shell
Servings: 6
1. Beat eggs. Add sugar,beating until light. Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture. Add raisins,nutmeg,salt and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into pie shell.

2. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes.
