1/2 cup shredded aged Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
2 tablespoons bread flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups bread flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon fennel seed
1 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
Servings: 12
In small bowl, toss together Swiss cheese and the 2 tablespoons bread flour. Add cheese mixture and the remaining ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Store bread in the refrigerator; bring to room temperature before serving.
Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
Yield: 1 Loaf
Notes: Use the 1-pound recipe if your machine pan holds 10 cups or less of water.
