Swiss-Fennel Bread (1 1/2-Pound Recipe)

3/4 cup shredded aged Swiss cheese (3 ounces)
3 tablespoons bread flour
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 2/3 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon fennel seed
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
Servings: 16
In small bowl, toss together Swiss cheese and the 3 tablespoons bread flour. Add cheese mixture and the remaining ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Store bread in the refrigerator; bring to room temperature before serving.

Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.

Yield: 1 loaf

Notes: Use the 1-pound recipe if your machine pan holds 10 cups or less of water.

I found this recipe online five or six years ago and it remains my all-time favorite bread. It's absolutely scrumptious, and yummy toasted on days two and three.
 
this sounds delicious need to bake me a loaf maybe do I trial run before thanksgiving and if it come out good then will probably bake a couple for the whole family...
