dash Cinnamon Stick
2-3 Oz. Dark Rum
Ground Nutmeg
Dissolve molasses in a heatproof mug with a little boiling water.
Add lemon peel and cinnamon stick and more boiling water. Float
rum on top and blaze for a few seconds, if you wish. Stir to
extinguish flames and top with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
