What do you think about the persons who advise others not to crack jokes on others ?

They advise others not to crack jokes on others and state that they will be insulting others.But, they will never ever give up cracking jokes under the name "Fun and Fun Only"?

It depends, Its a good Boundry between being funny, mean, and evil. They may mean not to mean the latter two.

They safely declare beforehand it is "Fun and Fun Only".I have to smell 'Laughing Gas' as tickling also doesn't help me to grin.Somewhere some flaw is there.Their high-handedness attitude is already curtailed,but whatever curtailed remains are jumping like a lizard's snapped tail.
