What would help chickenpox go away faster?

I've had it since monday night, and I really need it to go any ideas?

There is no fast solution to making them go away. They general last about a week. You can use Aveeno and probably Benadryl to help with the itching.

It will last for seven days. Nothing can make it go away. At the most you could have got yourself vacinated from chickenpox. You wouldn't have got it for 15 years.
