Whole Wheat Loaf for Bread (1 1/2-Pound Recipe)

2 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Active Dry or Rapid Rise Yeast
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons mild molasses
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
Servings: 16
1. SELECT loaf size recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.

2. MEASURE ingredients into bread machine pan according to manufacturer's instructions.

3. PROCESS in basic cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.

Variations: Add 1/2 cup raisins, chopped walnuts or apricots.

Yield: 1 Large Loaf
