1 3/4 cups pumpkins
1 cup peeled and grated apples
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Combine all ingredients in deep heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-1/2 hours. Store in an airtight container, in refrigerator for up to 2 months. Enjoy on any bread.
