8 cup Water
½ teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs, Well Beaten
½ cup Water
2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt

Heat water and salt to boiling in dutch oven. Mix eggs, 1/2 cup water, flour and 1 t salt. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into boiling water. Cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain. Dumplings will be chewy not fluffy.
