Three Way Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

3 c Confectioners sugar Bakers chocolate ----------
1/2 c Butter, softened -1 sq for light frosting
2 ts Vanilla -2 sq for medium frosting
1/4 c Milk, approximately -3 sq for dark frosting

In a large mixer bowl, blend sugar, butter, vanilla and desired amount of
chocolate. Blend until well mixed and smooth. Add milk, one tablespoon at
a time, until frosting is desired consistency. Makes enough frosting for
one 2 layer cake or one 9 x 13 sheet cake.
