V8 type drink
2 qts. tomatoes, cut in pieces
1 cup water
2 small onions, minced
3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
celery tops and hearts
Simmer in covered pot for 1 hour.
Press through sieve.
Reheat to a boil.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
