Polish Noodles Cabbage

4 tablespoon Butter
½ cup Onion, Chopped
4 cup Cabbage, Chopped
1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
8 ounce Noodles
½ cup Sour Cream

Melt butter, add the onion and saute until transparent. Add the cabbage and saute 5 minutes, or until crisp tender. Stir in the caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles in salted water as directed on package. Do not overcook. Drain well.

Stir the noodles into the cabbage and add the sour cream. Cook five minutes longer, stirring frequently.
