Ham and Noodle Bake (Schinkennudeln)

300 grams noodles (I use wide egg noodles)
180 grams ham, cut up
1/4 liter sour cream
2 tablespoons Emmentaler, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons butter -- flaked
2 tablespoons flour

Cook the noodles in salted water and drain. In a baking form, alternate layers of the noodles and the cut ham, adding some of the sour cream, a bit of salt and some of the cheese. The last layer should be the noodles. On the top, sprinkle the butter and flour. Cook for 15 minutes in the oven.
 
Top
