Ingredients:

* 1/2 ts Fresh parsley
* 1/2 ts Fresh taarragon
* 1/2 ts Fresh chives
* 1/2 ts Fresh chervil
* 3 tb Wine vingar
* 9 tb Olive oil
* 1 ts Dijon mustard
* 1/2 ts Salt
* 1/2 ts Black pepper


Instructions:

1. Mince the fresh herbs reserving a few leaves to use as garnishes. 2. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.. Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well blended. 3. Garnish with fresh leaves and serve immediately.
