1 pkg (16 oz) frozen fish sticks
1/4 medium cucumber
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 cup unflavored yogurt
Cook fish sticks as directed on package. Cut unpared cucumber into 1" pieces. Chop in blender; drain thoroughly. Stir cucumber and seasonings into yogurt. Serve sauce with fish.

Fish Sticks With Cocktail Sauce:
Substitute mixture of 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 to 3 tsp. horseradish and 2 tbsp. lemon juice for the cucumber sauce.
