Recipe Feeder
PREP TIME: 40 minutes QUANTITY: 5 cups
•6 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
•1 can beer (12ounces)
•6 Tbs. butter
•1 Tbs. dijon mustard
•1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
• dash red pepper, ground (cayenne) to taste
• dash ground nutmeg
Serve with assorted crackers.
•In large bowl, stir cheese and beer until mixed. Let stand until cheese has softened, about 30 minutes.
•In food processor, mix cheese mixture and rest of ingredients until smooth, 3-5 minutes.
Store up to 1 month or freeze up to 3months. Let stand until room temperature to be soft enough to spread.
