Fresh Watermelon Fruit Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
Servings: 16
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and watermelon until smooth. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.


Yield: 4 cups
