I just made a flatbread pizza today, low calorie, and thought I'd share with everyone. :)

My flatbread pizza recipe includes:


  • 1/8 cup low fat blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/8 cup low fat Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp light original Kraft BBQ sauce
  • 2 large slices low fat smoked turkey breast
  • 1 Flat Out Light Original Stone Ground Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • Few sprinkles of crushed red pepper flakes
Nutritional Values:

240 calories
7.5g fat
3g sat. fat
20g Carbs
9g Dietary Fiber!!!
23g Protein

The only downside of this meal was the sodium. 50% of the recommended daily sodium value :( Those who have to watch your salt may want to avoid this flatbread pizza recipe.
