1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
3.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
n/a Bols Blue

Combine pineapple juice, half/half crème, rum and a few drops of
BOLS Blue in a shaker half filled with ice.
Strain into a chilled Coupette, garnished with a colored sugar rim
(use BOLS grenadine).
