Peas Artichoke Hearts

3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 pound Peas, Frozen
10 ounce Artichoke, Hearts
1 small Onion, Chopped
2 teaspoon Garlic, Chopped
4 ounce Tomato Sauce

Melt the butter in the olive oil and sautee the onion and garlic 3 mins. Add the frozen peas and artichoke hearts and simmer covered for about 5 mins. Add the tomato sauce and some salt and pepper and simmer uncovered 10 more mins. Stir often enough to keep from sticking.
