Olive and Cheese Rolls

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 250 mL
1/4 cup soft butter 60 mL
1/2 cup all-purpose flour 125 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1/8 tsp paprika 0.5 mL
24 to 28 pimento stuffed olives 24 to 28

Blend cheese and butter.

Sift flour, salt, and paprika and blend into cheese mixture. Work into a ball and roll out to about 1/4-in/0.5-cm thickness. Cut in 1/2-in/1-cm strips.

Roll each olive in a strip of cheese dough.

Bake on an ungreased baking sheet in a 350°F/180°C oven for about 15 minutes.
