Recipe Feeder
10 medium potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup water
3 tblsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tblsp. parsley

Cook 5 potatoes the day before you plan to make the dumplings.

Combine water and vinegar. Grate the 5 remaining potatoes into the water/vinegar mixture. Remove potatoes, place in a towel and squeeze out moisture.

Peel cooked potatoes and grate. Mix cooked and raw potatoes together w/ onion, salt, and parsley. Form into balls and drip into boiling water. Simmer for 20 min.

Serve w/ meat and gravy.
